Made to order

Every Squeely item is personalized and made to order. A real person reviews each order, and production begins only after the details are confirmed — and, where a preview applies, approved by you.

Refunds on personalized items

Because personalized items are made just for you and can't be resold, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once your order has been approved and production has begun. Please review your personalization (spelling, colours, details) carefully before approving — that's the point at which it becomes final.

Before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund. Ready-made in-stock items that are not personalized may be returned within 14 days in unused condition.

If your item arrives damaged, or materially differs from what we agreed, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with photos and we'll make it right — by remake or refund at our discretion.

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — made-to-order timelines can shift, especially during busy periods. We'll keep you posted by email.

Custom quotes

Quotes for custom projects are valid for 14 days and are estimates until the final design is confirmed. Work begins once your quote is paid.

Photo & content rights

By uploading a photo or submitting text you confirm you have the right to use it and to have an item made from it. Please don't submit content you don't own the rights to, or that features someone who hasn't agreed to it. We may decline orders for content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights.
