Made to order

Every Squeely figure is custom-made by hand from the photo you provide. Production begins only after a person has reviewed and approved your photo.

Human review & revisions

Every figure is made to order by a real person. After you order, we review your photo by hand and may send a quick message if we need a better shot — then we sculpt, print, and finish it. If your photo won't produce a good figure, we'll contact you to request a better one. If we can't reach you or get a usable photo within a reasonable time, we may pause or cancel the order and refund it, minus any work already completed.

Turnaround

Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks after photo approval. These are estimates, not guarantees — handmade timelines can shift, especially during busy periods. We'll keep you posted by email.

Refunds

Because figures are personalised and can't be resold, they aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started. Before production starts, you can cancel for a full refund.

If your figure arrives damaged, or it materially differs from what we agreed, contact us within 7 days of pickup/delivery with photos and we'll make it right — by repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.

Photo rights

By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it and to have a figure made from it. Please don't upload photos you don't own the rights to, or that feature someone who hasn't agreed to it.
