Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks after your photo is approved. Because each figure is made by hand and to order, busy seasons (hello, holidays) can run a little longer — we'll always set expectations by email.

Squeely isn't an automated machine — a real person makes every figure. After you order, we review your photo by hand to make sure it'll sculpt into a great little character. If something's off (too blurry, face hidden, etc.), we'll email you for a better shot before we print anything. Sometimes there's a quick back-and-forth — that's normal and it's how we keep quality high.

Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos with the face visible work best. Our photo guide has the full do/don't list. For style, the hand-painted premium tier gives the most vibrant result, while the DIY kit is a fun project if you like to paint.

Yes! Add the "second subject" extra in the configurator and upload a photo of both (or mention it in the notes). For larger group scenes, reach out via contact for a custom quote.

Because figures are custom-made to your photo, they generally can't be resold and aren't eligible for return once production starts. If something arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed on, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — repair, remake, or refund. Full details are in our terms.

Both! Local pickup in London, Ontario is free — we'll email you a time and place once your figure is ready. Prefer delivery? Choose courier shipping at checkout and we'll collect your address securely through Stripe.

Yes. We only use your uploaded photo to create your figure. We don't sell it or use it for anything else without your okay. See our privacy note for details.
