How does it work?
Pick a design and add a name or colour, or send us your own idea for a free quote. We review every order by hand, make it on our own 3D printer in London, and you pick it up locally or we ship it.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days. Because everything is made to order on a single printer, busy seasons (hello, holidays) can run a little longer — we'll always keep you posted by email.
Do you check the order before printing?
Yes — a real person checks every order before anything is printed, including the spelling of any name or engraving. If something looks off, like a name too long for the base or a colour we've run out of, we email you before we start rather than after.
Can you make something that's not on the site?
Almost certainly! A 3D printer can make a huge range of things. Just send us your project with a description and any reference photos, and we'll email you a free, no-obligation quote.
What's your refund policy?
Because personalized items are made just for you, they can't be returned or refunded once your order is approved and we start making it. That's also why we confirm the details with you first. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed on, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — remake or refund. Full details in our terms & refunds.
Pickup or shipping?
Both! Local pickup in London, Ontario is free — we'll message you a time and place once it's ready. Prefer delivery? Choose courier shipping at checkout and we'll collect your address securely through Stripe.
Are the photos I send kept private?
Yes. Reference photos sent with a quote request are used only to work out and make your order — we don't sell them or use them for anything else without your okay. See our privacy policy for details.
