Collect it in London, ON. We email you an address and a pickup window once your order is finished.
No minimum order.
Courier
$18.00
Flat rate, tracked, anywhere in Canada. Packed to survive the trip. We collect your address on the secure checkout page.
$35.00 minimum on personalized items — pickup has no minimum.
We don't ship outside Canada at the moment. If you need an order sent abroad, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.

We email you as soon as it's ready to collect in London.
Transit time on top of production, depending where in Canada you are.
Holidays and graduation season queue up. If your order will take longer than usual, we tell you before we start — not after.
Prices and tax
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Product prices shown on the site do not include tax — HST (ON 13%) is added at checkout, along with shipping if you chose the courier. You see the full total before you pay.
Payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Returns & refunds
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with photos and we'll make it right — a remake or a refund, your choice. That covers print defects, breakage in transit, and anything that doesn't match what you ordered.
Items that aren't personalized
Can be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Return shipping is on you unless the item was faulty.
Personalized items
A piece printed with someone's name can't be resold, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalized orders. This is why a real person checks your spelling before anything is printed, and messages you if something looks off. If we made the mistake, we fix it at our cost — always.
