Your photos

The photo you upload is personal data. We use it only to create your custom figure — reviewing it, sculpting from it, and checking the finished result against it. We don't sell your photos, and we won't use them for marketing or anything else without asking you first.

What we store

We keep your order details (your selections, the reference photo, your name, contact email, and — for shipped orders — your delivery address) so we can fulfil and support your order. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

We retain reference photos and order records for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up (e.g. a remake or warranty claim). You can ask us to delete your photo after your order is complete.
