This policy explains what personal information Squeely collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Your photos

Any photo you upload is personal data. We use it only to make your order — reviewing it, creating your item from it, and checking the finished result. We don't sell your photos, and we won't use them for marketing or anything else without asking you first.

What we collect & store

We keep your order details — your selections and personalization, any reference photo, your name, contact email, and (for shipped orders) your delivery address — so we can make, deliver, and support your order. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't use your data for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who help us run the shop — for example Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. They process it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We retain reference photos and order records for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any follow-up (like a remake). You can ask us to delete your photo once your order is complete. If you upload a photo but never complete an order or a project request with it, we automatically delete it after 30 days.
